合肥玛丽蒂姆酒店建筑高度约235米，建成后将成为合肥滨湖新区地标性建筑。酒店建筑共60 层，拥有350 间客房。

Hefei Super-speed Maritim Hotel is about 235m and will become the landmark building at the Binhu new district in Hefei province. The hotel of 60 floors has 350 rooms.

It's the first resort hotel of world-class level designed with international standards of the platinum five-star hotel. After the opening, Accor, as French world's top hotel management group, will be delegated to manage it. This hotel has a total construction area of about 32,300 square meters with more than 200 multi-type rooms. At the same time, it has a large conference center, all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, Chinese restaurant, banquet hall, SPA center, indoor pool and other facilities.

项目位于淄博华润五彩城综合体内，占地是92500平方米，总建筑面积57.6万平方米，其中规划建设的豪华五星级商务酒店总建筑面积约5万多平方米，项目整体规划业态涵盖国际品牌五星级酒店、shoppingmall、景观商业、精品公寓、高端住宅、国际5A级写字楼等.

This project is located in Huarun five-color-city complex of Zibo with total construction area of 576,000 ㎡. It plans to construct a luxury five-star business hotel with the overall floorage area about 50,000 square meters. The project is designed to include a international brand five-star hotel, a shopping mall, commerce, boutique apartment, high-end residential property, international 5A office building and so on.
